DESCRIPTION:CityCenter Danbury is ready to ROCK YOUR MINDS AWAY with some great tunes as we announce our next summer concert series set to take the stage on Friday\, July 21st!!! If you’re looking for non-stop live entertainment\, while enjoying some INSPIRING sounds\, then you don’t want to miss this one!\n\n \nCelebrate cancer survivors on stage with N.E.D. the Band \nN.E.D. — a band of gynecology oncologists \n\nJoin Nuvance Health and Ann’s Place at a summer concert full of hope\, inspiration\, fun and music. N.E.D. the band will perform from 7 p.m. to 8:20 p.m.  The alternative rock band will honor cancer survivors on stage during this “Summer in the City” Concert Series. \nN.E.D.  stands for “no evidence of disease”\, which doctors share with patients at the end of their treatment when they are cancer free. N.E.D. is a band of gynecology oncology surgeons\, including Dr. Nimesh Nagarsheth\, a Danbury\, CT native and internationally recognized women’s cancer surgeon. The band has released two albums of original music that have received critical acclaim. Their songs are designed to empower women\, give them hope and break the silence surrounding gynecologic cancers. \n\n\n \nThe Mighty Ploughboys are one of those bands that make you want to be Irish!!! Their sound is of no surprise especially if you are a Danbury native.  This five-piece rock powerhouse out of Connecticut that blends a classic rock style with hints of traditional Irish Music to create an eclectic style that could be classified in it’s own genre.  The Mighty Ploughboys will challenge the way you think of Irish or Celtic rock bands.  Throughout the course of their musical union\, members of Mighty Ploughboys have won over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life.  Performing at a variety of venues and making countless public appearances all the while recording new songs versions\, this talented Rock Band has earned the admiration and affection of critics and fans alike!\n \nIf you’re looking for some fun outdoor activities with dancing\, lively entertainment and joy then you don’t want to miss this. So\, bring out your lawn chairs\, blankets\, towels\, ANYTHING YOU HAVE and lets PARTY!!!!\n\n \nAdmission is FREE and open to the general public.  PARKING available at the Patriot Garage (21 Delay St)
