Sign Permit Application

All new businesses within the CityCenter Danbury district must submit their sign layout for review to the Architectural Advisory Committee (AAC) for aesthetic, historical input.

Start by completing the application below and upload a detailed rendering, (to-scale) of how your sign will appear on the building. Reviews do not begin until a rendering is received. Your sign vendor will assist in providing a rendering.

Once the sign is approved, CityCenter will notify you via email and copy you on the approval email to the City of Danbury Zoning department. You may then apply for your sign permit with the City. Contact our office with questions (203) 792-1711.
