Kennedy Park is a single-acre park located on Kennedy Ave. in downtown with benches for passive recreation and a view of the fountain and nearby murals. Official home of the Downtown ChowDown (seasonal).

Tarrywile Park offers twenty-one miles of cleared hiking trails, several picnic areas, plenty of opportunities to observe wildlife and entertainment venues all within walking distance to downtown Danbury.

Rogers Park is a 56-acre park situated on Memorial Drive just outside the CityCenter district. Baseball and softball fields, multipurpose turf field, tennis, and volleyball courts, handball-paddleball court, concession stand, pond with hiking/nature trail and War Memorial building which sponsors many activities. Home of the Danbury Westerners Collegiate Summer Baseball Team.
