33rd Annual Halloween on the Green

2025 VENDOR / SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION FORM

Vendor Booth Space: $50 ($25 for Non-Profit)

CityCenter Danbury, in partnership with Kiwanis Club of Greater Danbury announces the 33^rd Annual Halloween on the Green on Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 1pm-4pm. We estimate 800 children and their families will attend this event featuring trick-or-treat goodie bags, children’s costume contest with prizes, local vendors, music and kid-friendly activities.

Booth Space approximately: 10’ x 10’. We ask that vendors stay for the duration of the event, bring their own table, and provide an activity for the children to participate in.

- Company logo on vinyl banner – $300
- Gift Bags donation (approx. 500 bags) – $50
- Donate prizes for contests (i.e. gift cards or gift basket)
